The already built-up plot is irregular in shape, with a slope of approximately 30%. It is currently built up with three identical detached houses, which share accesses and a communal garden, as well as a swimming pool, changing rooms and storeroom.
Houses 1 and 3 extend their surface area with a new porch. The existing porch is closed to enlarge the existing dining room. A new courtyard opens a window to the kitchen and improves its ventilation and lighting (currently lit by a skylight and ventilated using forced extraction).
In House 2, we demolished the first floor in order to allow the sea views of House 3. The new roof will function as a terrace for House 3. On the ground floor we extended the surface with a new porch. The existing porch is closed to enlarge the existing dining room. The existing garage is converted into two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In all three houses we demolish the metal and wooden pergolas on the south façade.
The existing swimming pool changing rooms have been refurbished and a new porch has been built to support the pool. The pool, with serious water leakage problems, has been refurbished, raising the water level by 40 cm.
