The plot has a very steep slope and the views from the plot are towards the sea. On the upper part of the plot there are 5 built volumes that make up a total of 12 dwellings with garage. In the lower part there are 4 more dwellings.

The buildings at the top are staggered in order to better adapt to the terrain. The buildings on the lower part are ground floor and first floor.

Access to the upper complex is via the intermediate street, as the slope of the terrain does not allow for any other way to do so. It is a 6 m wide access located in the basement that allows vehicular and pedestrian access through this part.

All upper car parks have a garage, while the lower car parks have an open-air parking space.

The intervention will include a caretaker’s house and a communal area with a garden and swimming pool.

The access to the upper part has a covered area where planters can be placed to allow the placement of vegetation.

The materials used shall be of light earthy or sienna colours. In order to blend in with the surroundings, landscaping elements will be of great importance: Mediterranean plants, laurels, cypresses, arbutus cherries.
