In the project for a condominium of more than 200 plots, the owner commissioned us to design a standard house as an element to be repeated throughout the complex. Given that the plots are not very large in terms of surface area for the extensive programme of the houses, the project develops a system that combines different possibilities for the location of the building in order to optimise the use of the garden. These combinations generate a set of façades which, when the houses are joined by the pergolas, form highly evocative shadow effects.
