Finalist for the FAD awards. The building is located within the Eixample district, specifically on a chamfered corner with a façade development of 80m on C/Muntaner and C/Londres.

Based on a modern architectural concept, the building has been integrated as far as possible into the architectural typology of the Eixample, but at the same time the possibilities of modern technology have been taken into account. The building’s massing is based on the gallery, an element that is constantly repeated in Barcelona’s architecture and which allows the building to turn gently along the chamfered corner. The façade is treated with a skin of glass and dark-coloured anodised aluminium, railings with vertical bars similar to those in the surrounding area and a single-storey plinth clad in black marble.
