The project for a detached house is solved by means of a single volume and a single floor on a large rectangle measuring 50 x 15m, which is parallel to the sea.
The different interior spaces are articulated around 5 courtyards, one central and four on the perimeter, serving a transversal axis that stitches together the different areas of the house together.
On the outside, the containment and rigour in the layout of the floor plan have their counterpoint in the resolution of the wooden platforms and walkways that surround the swimming pool and in the ensemble of terraces, pergolas and solariums, which, being adapted to the topography of the terrain, contrast with their organic forms with the geometrically perfect house.
