The house, situated on a steeply sloping plot with good views over the coast, has a square ground plan of 15x15m, conditioned by the rigid implementation defined by the urban development regulations. Based on this constraint, we have proposed a 2-storey cubic, symmetrical and white building, in contrast with the orography of the terrain. The covered terrace on the main floor frames the views from the living room and master bedroom. The layout revolves around an interior staircase, lit from above, which leads to the lower floor.
