The building is located on plot B-1 of the WTC Almeda Park technology park in Cornellà de Llobregat, facing Tirso de Molina Avenue, with the main façades facing the Plaza de la Paz, a landscaped space.

It is a building dedicated to offices for rent, within a group of 8 blocks around a central space, blocks that share similar massing and that constitute a small tertiary neighbourhood. We have proposed an architectural design with a clean, pure white massing, which acts as a portico or main entrance to the complex.

CTS arquitectes has also developed the Master Plan and planning of the complex. On the site of the former Pirelli factory, in an industrial area in decline and next to the Fira de Cornellà trade fair building, we were commissioned to develop the general planning of a tertiary care centre with all its services. Our work was to define the massing, circulations, uses and general image of the complex. The result was a set of 8 blocks around a park, where three of them with the most powerful massing act as a screen and background to the complex.
