The object of the project is the refurbishment and updating of the building and the exterior spaces of the Club Nàutic Arenys de Mar (CNAM, Arenys de Mar Yacht Club).

The commission is part of a tender process for the comprehensive refurbishment of the Club. The aim is to improve the integration of the CNAM into the port and the town of Arenys de Mar, permeating and integrating the different entities, and to structure and organise a Club that is the result of different successive interventions over the years with a more global vision to improve its functionality and architectural quality.
